Refund Policy

Eleva8 Artistry reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this refund and deposit policy. Deposits are non-transferable, non-refundable under the conditions described below, and cannot be applied to future services.

Refund Policy - The Basics

  • New Client Deposits: All new clients are required to pay a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your scheduled appointment.

    • $50 deposit for standard services.

    • 50% deposit for injectable services.

  • Deposit Agreement: By booking, you agree to pay this deposit. The deposit will be credited toward your total service cost at the time of your appointment.

  • Cancellations & No-Shows:

    • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel without at least 24 hours’ notice.

    • Deposits are forfeited in the event of a no-show.

    • Deposits cannot be transferred to a different date, appointment, or service.

  • Refunds: We do not issue refunds for services rendered, deposits paid, or cancellations outside of the above policy.
